PART ONE - GENERAL PROVISIONS

SECTION I. TESTS OF DOGS, organizing and implementing Article 1 Definitions of certain terms and their scope
1st Tests dogs are separate training sessions in order to review and determine the eligibility of handlers and dogs, including the possible designation by the order of points accumulated.
2nd second test means a test carried out under a section of the test procedure (eg, comprehensive examination training - ZVV).

D - special exercises.
5th Exercises call simple or complex activities a dog carries out the commands by the handler and is evaluated in this test procedure the appropriate number of points as a whole (eg, control, fetch jump).

a) CR citizens - members of organizations and associations included in ČMKU
b) citizens of other countries - members of international organizations included in the FCI.
Membership must be demonstrated before the event a valid Member ID card.
Results 9th event is a form containing data handlers and dogs registered for the event. With the delegation of the arbitration (arbitration) it sends delegating authority to the organizer to complete all the required information and submit two copies before the event or the principal arbitral referee. The following action form is supplemented by data evaluation, the original sent within 14 days after the institution delegujícímu event and copies remain for organizers.

Article 2 Types and levels of tests and their actions

- 1st test dog tracker degrees (ZPS 1)
- 2nd test dog tracker degrees (ZPS 2)
- 1st test defensive dog dog Instance (ZPO 1)
- Test defensive dog 2nd dog Instance (ZPO 2)
- The basic manageability (ZZO).
2nd basic minimum tests and test basic manageability (ZM, ZMMP, ZZO) serves as verification of the lowest dog training skills. Their initial meeting is not required to meet the tests of others.

Article 3 Conditions for participation handlers and dogs to test

Article 4 Equipment dogs, exercise areas, tools and equipment
1st For all types and levels of testing the basic kit dog

Article 5 Agenda of events and assessment exercises
l. Each event starts taking all the participants (handlers, possibly helpers). Referee (Chief Judge) announces timetable for action, for which he decided to put him before the results sheet filled in all parts (except for order and results). After completion handlers taking no further action to admitted even if they are enrolled in the score sheet, but the arrival did not attend in person.

Article 6 Determination of training marks and signs
1st Based on obtained scores of individual exercises, tests and made part of the number of points on the evaluation of the work and activities of the dog handler, which is expressed in a training and a training symbol mark.
2nd a training symbol can be entered only when the dog reaches in each of the separate tests at least 70% of achievable points. Where this is particularly marked, the requirement to achieve 70% points or signs of "pass" even individual exercises.

Article 7 Protests and complaints
1st Evaluation and says the referee are final and the result of the test and his decision not to submit a protest, or other remedies.
2nd Protest in the arbitration process may be made in justified cases only when the referee failed to comply with provisions of the Examination Regulations or if the conduct and behavior inconsistent with the performance of referee and mission functions.
3rd Protest the procedure of the arbitration may be made only through the organizer, which represents the leading event for event.
4th Protest at the arbitration procedure may be made only participant events (leading events, handler, helper - not the audience).

Article 8 Special, supplementary and transitional provisions
1st Spectators are allowed access to the event organizer only with permission of the predetermined positions.

SECTION II. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Article 9 Rights handler

Article 12 Organizer Responsibilities
